Job Description
We seek a responsible, energetic Telephone Operator & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound/outbound calls professionally, maintain accurate call logs, and perform precise data entry and verification.
- Responsibilities: handle calls, record and update data, support customers and internal teams, protect confidentiality.
- Requirements: intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred; fluent in English and Urdu; proficient in MS Office; fast, accurate typing; able to multitask under pressure; pleasant, customer-focused demeanor.
