Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager of Factory Operations. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG/food industry. Preference will be given to those with a managerial background in production, engineering, and supply chain management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, engineering maintenance, supply chain operations, and inventory management while meeting both local and export monthly order targets. A proven track record and strong references are essential.
