Job Description
Crewlogix Technologies is on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, delivering accurate product and service information, and fostering sales growth through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Skills: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
