Job Description
Dejure Technologies is seeking a client-focused Chat Support Representative to deliver real-time technical assistance and promote customer retention. You will troubleshoot basic issues, provide clear guidance, document interactions, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Respond professionally via chat and resolve complaints promptly.
- Use CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: minimum 1 year of chat/customer support experience, excellent written English, strong multitasking skills, patient problem-solver, and availability for shifts if required. Location: PIA Road near Wapda Town, Lahore. Hours: 11:00am–8:00pm. Job type: Full-time, in person. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month.
