Job Description
Dekalb Trade Voice is actively seeking a motivated Assistant HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of monitoring open positions, updating our recruitment tracker, crafting and revising job descriptions, designing engaging job posters for social media, and posting vacancies across various hiring platforms.
Key responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating final interviews with management, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
This opportunity is available as a full-time role, internship, or for recent graduates, with a contract duration of six months. The salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, and this is an in-person position.
