Job Description
Diginet Global (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a passionate Social Media Content Manager to lead two content teams, each comprising three members. The ideal candidate will ensure that daily objectives are accomplished while maintaining brand consistency and tracking performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team assignments and guarantee timely completions.
- Review and authorize all content prior to publication.
- Uphold high creative standards in every post.
- Monitor team productivity using Airtable.
- Identify and promote effective content for reuse.
- Provide guidance on standard operating procedures and resolve challenges.
- Deliver weekly performance reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure content aligns with platform objectives.
