Divine Tech Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Inbound Customer Services Representative to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers, understand their transportation requirements, and arrange taxi bookings efficiently. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service and ensure timely bookings.
