Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Calls Agent to oversee our call center team, ensure high service standards, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective coaching and process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate agents; manage escalations and shift schedules.
- Monitor and improve KPIs (AHT, CSAT, SLA); optimize call scripts and workflows.
- Coordinate training, prepare performance reports, and implement efficiency initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years in a call center role with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, and flexibility for varied shifts.
