Job Description
We invite you to join our vibrant team at El Momento Lahore as an Order Taker! In this role, you will accurately process customer orders received via phone, in person, or online while providing outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and recording orders, confirming details, and coordinating with kitchen staff to guarantee timely delivery. Additionally, you will address customer inquiries and uphold a clean workspace.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience as an order taker or in a customer service role is preferred.
