Job Description
EpazzTech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to enhance our Human Resources team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this key role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily HR tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred), a minimum of 1 year of HR support experience, foundational HR knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional organizational skills.
