Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, identify and qualify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement in vendor performance. You will lead vendor selection, perform risk and cost analyses, implement and enforce quality standards, and coordinate closely with procurement, operations, and engineering to ensure product and delivery objectives are met.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; 5+ years in vendor management or sourcing.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills; proficiency in supplier performance metrics, contract management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
