Job Description
Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is looking for a dedicated and proactive Retail Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our cargo terminal situated in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrab Goth. The ideal candidate will engage with walk-in customers, efficiently book and dispatch shipments via our system, and ensure excellent cargo sales and dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the cargo sales counter.
- Offer information on services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Accurately book shipments and generate required documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
- Resolve customer complaints while achieving sales targets.
Requirements: A minimum of Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years of pertinent experience preferred; strong communication skills; basic computer proficiency.
