Job Description
Fast Services is actively seeking a motivated Software Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for software deployment and providing client-side training. Excellent communication skills are vital for accurately understanding client needs and effectively communicating them to our developers.
Your duties will include addressing support issues through telephone, online, or face-to-face interactions. A robust understanding of ERP operations across various sectors is essential. We are looking for individuals who perform well under pressure and possess a proactive, “can-do” attitude. Personal transportation is required for this position.
