Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager in Production to join our top-tier Food & Ingredient company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring product quality, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production processes to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the procurement and maintenance departments.
• Lead and mentor staff to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in production management, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) is required.
• Demonstrated excellent leadership capabilities.
