Job Description
Forest Town, Pakistan’s first biophilic housing society, is seeking a full-time, in-person Admin Executive in Rawalpindi to oversee administration, HR, and procurement. Competitive salary offered.
- Responsibilities: maintain documentation and official correspondence; perform data entry and prepare reports; coordinate with vendors and manage purchases; support recruitment; track attendance; and oversee office inventory.
- Requirements: proficiency with MS Office; excellent documentation and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized; able to work independently under pressure; and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
