Job Description
French Medical Aesthetics seeks a confident, full-time Customer Service Representative (in person). Travel allowance provided. The CSR will professionally handle phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries; advise clients on treatments, packages, and pricing; schedule and confirm appointments; maintain patient records, follow-ups, and daily reports; coordinate with doctors and aestheticians; and support promotions and social media efforts.
Requirements:
- Prior clinic experience — REQUIRED
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Strong persuasion, multitasking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HIFU, PRP, HydraFacial, lasers, and IV drips is a plus
Compensation: Rs45,00–65,00 per month.
