Job Description
Fresh Basket is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee staff management, product and display organization, inventory control, and customer service to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates must possess prior retail management experience, preferably in grocery or produce, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. A solid understanding of fresh produce and proficiency in inventory management systems are essential. Flexibility in scheduling is also required.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical insurance, a provident fund, and paid annual leave. This full-time position comes with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, with an in-person work requirement.
