Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Manager with expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM Services) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initial prospecting to client onboarding, and cultivating relationships with clinic owners and CFOs.
This role requires proactive outreach through various channels including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, as well as monitoring the sales pipeline and revenue forecasts utilizing CRM tools. Candidates must possess 4-6+ years of experience in healthcare sales and a comprehensive understanding of US billing systems.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with a salary range of Rs120,00.00 to Rs130,00.00 per month.
