Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, a leading company in the banking sector, is seeking motivated individuals for evening and night shifts. We are looking for candidates who have a graduate degree and possess up to one year of call center experience. This position is open to male applicants only.
Your responsibilities will include meeting performance indicators without sales targets, promptly addressing customer queries and complaints, and effectively tracking call information while following up on inquiries. This role is offered as a full-time contract position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs45,00.00.
