Job Description
Location: Islamabad
Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases diligently.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Address staff inquiries and provide HR-related assistance.
- Draft HR letters, memos, and reports as needed.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: I.Com or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
