Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet revenue targets and strengthen customer relationships. You will set objectives, coach representatives, monitor performance, develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure effective execution.
- Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role; strong communication, coaching, analytical, and CRM skills.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and B2B sales experience.
