Job Description

Grand City is on the lookout for a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with department leaders to assess staffing requirements and oversee the entire recruitment cycle—from crafting job postings to final candidate selection. You will utilize diverse channels to source candidates and conduct interviews, ensuring an efficient hiring process.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields, along with 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in large organizations. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
