Job Description
Greaves Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. is searching for a committed individual to join our team as a Genset Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate should hold a degree (BA/BCOM/BTech/DAE) and have 1-2 years of experience in coordination or back-office support roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all activities related to service calls. You will liaise with customers and assign service technicians, ensuring that our after-sales support is both effective and efficient.
