Job Description
We are seeking an Import Executive to manage international shipments, customs clearance, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective import operations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and customs declarations.
- Track freight, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Drive process improvements to optimize cost, compliance, and lead times.
Qualifications: minimum 2 years of import/logistics experience, solid knowledge of customs regulations, excellent communication and attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP or logistics software. A degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.
