Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Hashmanis Group of Hospitals as a Call Centre Representative! We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting to strengthen our customer service division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Available from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Location: Numaish, Head Office
- Exceptional communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls
- Respond to inbound customer queries
- Develop long-lasting customer relationships
