Job Description
Horyzon Zero Services, based in Karachi, is excited to announce an opening for an International Customer Service Representative. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Key duties include processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Minimum qualification of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
