Job Description
About the Role: We seek a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell security guard services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, confidence in field sales, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities; generate leads via field visits, cold calling, networking, and research.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and quotations; close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records; coordinate onboarding with operations to ensure smooth client handovers.
Qualifications: Proven sales experience (security services a plus); strong negotiation and customer-service skills; self-motivated and target-oriented; presentable; Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; driving license preferred.
