Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering product information, processing orders, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Successful candidates will possess proven experience in customer service and strong communication skills.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
