Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance to our customers, ensuring prompt and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve telecom-related issues.
- Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat support.
- Document all customer interactions comprehensively.
- Remain informed about product updates and changes.
Qualifications:
- A 3-year diploma in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
