Job Description
HRSG seeks an experienced Plant General Manager to lead chemical plant operations in Karachi. You will oversee production, process engineering, utilities, maintenance, HSE and quality to ensure safe, compliant and efficient continuous operations. Develop and implement SOPs and preventive maintenance programs, drive process optimization and root-cause analysis, and lead cross-functional teams to meet operational targets.
- Qualifications: B.E. (Chemical preferred) or Mechanical
- Experience: 20+ years in industry with 5+ years managing full plant operations
- Employment: Full-time, on-site; Salary Rs300,00–Rs500,00/month
