Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Chat Support Specialist to deliver prompt, courteous assistance via live chat and messaging. You will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate situations when appropriate.
- Manage multiple concurrent chats and resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM and meet response time and satisfaction targets.
- Qualifications: excellent written English, strong typing accuracy, 1+ year of customer support or chat experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
