Job Description
IBSTEC seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative for a Canada-based B2B outbound cold-calling campaign. The role involves making targeted outbound calls, building rapport, presenting and promoting services, handling objections, negotiating agreements, maintaining accurate call records, and achieving daily and weekly targets.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year cold-calling experience, strong spoken and listening English (B2+), persuasive negotiation skills, comfortable with B2B sales, able to work night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM), and a goal-oriented, persistent attitude.
