About the Role: As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will effectively resolve problems through phone, email, and ticketing systems while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk roles, proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
