Job Description
ICIL seeks a professional Customer Support Officer to manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat with courtesy and efficiency. The role requires investigating and resolving complaints by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. You will coordinate with internal departments to follow up on cases, ensure timely closure, document all interactions, and escalate unresolved matters to appropriate teams or management. The position also involves contributing to process improvements to elevate service quality.
