Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to assist our CEO. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in administrative functions and outstanding communication skills.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in a comparable position.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule, preparing documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional time management abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs120,00/month. Location: On-site.
