Job Description
About Us: At Increase Rev, we are committed to cultivating a high-performing team within the digital advertising industry. We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, attracting top-tier talent, maintaining candidate databases, facilitating onboarding procedures, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 0-1 year of HR experience in the IT sector, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for recruitment.
Compensation: The monthly salary ranges from PKR 40,00 to 50,00, alongside additional commissions and benefits.
