Job Description
Indigo Developers is in search of a committed Recovery Officer to oversee the management of outstanding payments related to our hotel operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for timely collections, maintaining precise records, and following up with clients while nurturing strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients to facilitate payments.
- Negotiate payment settlements effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive recovery case records.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams.
- Prepare and present detailed recovery reports.
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with two years of relevant experience and strong negotiation skills.
