Inovi Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our service centers. The successful candidate will ensure efficient service processes, promptly address customer inquiries, and facilitate communication among teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain service logs and work closely with logistics and administrative teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and support staff training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
