Job Description
International Petrochemical is on the lookout for a talented Female Assistant to the CEO, who possesses expertise in relationship management, executive support, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-level administrative assistance and fostering professional relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in executive support, coordination, or client relationship management
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Proficient in email management, scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Confident communicator with a polished, professional demeanor
- Educational background: Business Graduate from LSE, FC, or UMT (A/O Levels preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
