Jacked Nutrition is looking for a dedicated Complaint Handler to effectively address and resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate will possess 3–4 years of experience in customer service or complaint resolution, showcasing adept skills in managing escalations and conducting thorough investigations. The ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring timely resolutions is essential.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
– Proven experience in customer service or complaint handling.
– Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
