Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is looking for a committed HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily attendance issues, overseeing employee attendance records, and maintaining comprehensive employee files.
Key responsibilities include the preparation of monthly reports, facilitating the opening of bank accounts, and acting as the primary liaison for resolving employee grievances. Your efforts will ensure the efficient operation of HR functions across both rural and urban areas.
This position is available in either Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree (preferably a BBA in HR) and 3-4 years of relevant experience are required.
