3A Group is looking for a confident and dynamic female receptionist to be our first point of contact. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Ensure a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Urdu, and expertise in MS Office. 1-2 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
