Job Description

Zeta Technologies is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Segments & Pricing. This position will involve preparing reports and providing crucial data analysis support to our business teams. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of business principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Conduct analysis of competitor marketing and pricing strategies.
• Support the creation of effective marketing campaigns for optimal customer acquisition.
• Extract insights from application data and user feedback.
• Assist with ad-hoc data analysis for business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of findings and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in reporting or analytics.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software testing and defect reporting.
