Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides invaluable hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
This is a 3-month internship with a stipend ranging from PKR 10,00 to 25,00 per month, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
