Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider catering to clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently inviting serious candidates to apply for the position of Chat & Email Support Specialist. Our operations run 24/7, and we prefer applicants with previous inbound customer service experience, particularly in US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Resolve service-related inquiries and complaints.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide support to team members as required.
- Adapt to various shift schedules.
Salary: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month with additional benefits.
