Job Description

Naat Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Transportation Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our vehicle fleet. This critical position ensures that our vehicles remain safe, efficiently operational, and roadworthy while effectively managing workshop staff, inventory, and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workshop operations, focusing on vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
• Schedule and implement routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and tools effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop management.
• Proven technical expertise and strong leadership abilities.
