Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and welcome visitors.
• Keep the reception area organized and tidy.
• Manage visitor logbooks and issue badges when necessary.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
