Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tendering & Documentation Officer with a strong background in construction tenders, documentation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be skilled in monitoring relevant tender platforms, preparing and submitting Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender proposals, and coordinating with teams to gather necessary inputs. Additionally, the role involves following up on contracts, payments, and bid outcomes, as well as managing tender documentation and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in proposal and bid preparation is preferred.

Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 per month, plus performance-based commissions.
