Job Description
Help In Need is looking for a skilled and proactive HR & Admin Coordinator to enhance our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions.
Primary responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR or administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software are required.
