Job Description
J7 Emporium Islamabad is currently looking for a qualified Assistant Manager Customer Care. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the recovery, sales, and operations teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include addressing client concerns, offering guidance to team members, and improving customer engagement through innovative strategies. To excel in this position, candidates should have a firm understanding of CRM software, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the real estate sector.
